## About the role

Dandy is looking for a Training Coordinator to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company, based in our Provo, Utah manufacturing facility. The Training Coordinator will support our team of trainers by organizing and scheduling all training activity across our lab and operations teams, making sure every session runs on time, every trainer has what they need, and every new hire gets ramped consistently as we scale.

## What they're looking for

- Ability to be full-time in office Mon–Fri at our Provo, UT manufacturing facility
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, training administration, or operations at a high-growth or fast-paced company
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable juggling multiple calendars, trainers, and priorities at once
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to keep trainers, trainees, and managers aligned and informed
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure a solution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing or lab environment
