## About the role

We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team. We’re looking for a high-agency, scrappy operator who wants to own meaningful work from day one and hack solutions in a very fast-moving startup. You'll spend your time on four areas: driving key external relationships forward, building repeatable content and processes using data and AI, helping the team stay organized and accountable, and picking up special projects that don’t have a clear home.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in a high-performance environment — top tier consulting, banking, or an early stage startup (Seed through Series B)
- Exceptional relationship builder, knowing how to context switch and develop trust
- Organized and reliable — you track what you commit to and close loops without being asked
- AI-native in your workflow, you actively use tools like Claude or ChatGPT every day
- Low ego, high ownership, you're comfortable with unglamorous work
- Comfortable working with financial data and excel modeling without needing to rely on AI
