## About the role

We’re looking for our first Exchange Relations Manager to own exchange onboarding, licensing, compliance, reporting, and exchange relationship management across our growing portfolio of global market data offerings. This is a highly cross-functional role spanning operations, product, compliance, and strategy. You'll work with more than 100 exchanges and trading venues globally, helping ensure we can launch new datasets quickly while remaining compliant with licensing requirements.

## What they're looking for

- Prior experience in exchange relations, market data licensing and administration, compliance, data onboarding, or a similar role
- Strong familiarity with exchange agreements, subscriber reporting, audits, and licensing requirements
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of external relationships and coordinate across multiple internal teams
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Willingness to operate in a fast-moving environment and build processes where none currently exist
