## About the role

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 6+ years of progressive AR and GL accounting experience in a mid-to-large organization, with demonstrated ownership of month-end close, AFDA/CECL, subledger-to-GL reconciliations, and AR management reporting
- Credentials: CPA strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Autonomy & Review Readiness: Proven ability to operate independently with high autonomy, producing clean, reviewer-ready workpapers within a preparer/reviewer/approver framework
- Systems & ERP: Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) with the ability to query, reconcile, and validate data across subledger and GL modules
- Ownership & Mindset: High ownership, detail-oriented, fast-moving, direct communicator, and calm under pressure. Open-minded and change-oriented
- Scale & Agility: High-growth technology or SaaS industry experience strongly preferred, exposure to recurring or usage-based billing models is an advantage. Public accounting background preferred
