Databricks is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to serve as Senior Manager, Order to Revenue IT Compliance. As Databricks continues to scale, protecting our usage-based revenue engine requires dedicated operational and fiduciary oversight at the intersection of product metering, cloud partner ecosystems, and financial accounting.

## What they're looking for

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Professional Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, financial compliance, IT audit, or SOX control frameworks
- Technical Acumen : Expert proficiency in SQL, hands-on experience with Databricks strongly preferred
- Domain Knowledge : Deep familiarity with audit ownership, consumption based SAAS, and cloud marketplace billing architectures
