## About the role

Databricks is seeking an operational leader to serve as Senior Manager, Order to Revenue Process Compliance. As Databricks continues to scale, protecting our usage-based revenue engine requires dedicated oversight at the intersection of product metering, billing systems, and strategic partner relationships. In this role, you will lead the core execution of usage remediation, partner reporting workstreams, and root cause analysis—bridging the gap between raw product metering data and financial ground truth.

## What they're looking for

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technical field
- Professional Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience, with extensive expertise in business partnering, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and consumption-based revenue recognition/accounting
- Technical Acumen : Experience writing SQL and past experience using Databricks strongly preferred
- Operational Expertise : Proven capability in managing operational workflows, establishing SOPs, and running root-cause analyses within complex systems
