## About the role

You will be in a critical and visible position, playing a key role in scaling the Partnerships team's strategy. In this role, you will combine analytical insight, strong business acumen, and robust cross-functional partnerships with leaders across the company while partnering with our Partnerships VP to set a strategy and medium/long term goals for the business.

## What they're looking for

- Serve as a strategic business partner to one or more Partner VPs
- Lead executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables (e.g., board materials, QBR)
- Define and manage high impact x-functional programs end to end
- Own the operating cadence and provide performance visibility against targets
- Inform and enhance partner strategy and programs with voice of the field and quantitative analysis
- Generate deep dives into performance trends with action-oriented outcomes
