## About the role

As a Lead Delivery Manager, you lead delivery of our most complex, high-visibility client implementations across ERP, MES/WMS, CRM and related Datacor solutions. You independently own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder management, coordinate cross-functional teams of implementation specialists, technical services, and solution architects, and serve as a trusted advisor to client executives.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science or relevant area, a combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in ERP software delivery or implementation, including leading complex, multi-workstream projects
- Proven track record of delivering large implementations on time and on budget
- Experience with ERP, MES/WMS, or CRM implementations in process manufacturing or distribution preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring a fresh perspective to complex delivery challenges
