As a Manager on our Business Recruiting team, you’ll lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring across Americas Enterprise Sales. You’ll operate as a coach—developing your team, driving recruiting strategy and execution against ambitious growth goals, and directly supporting strategic and leadership-level searches when needed. ## What they're looking for

- Experienced with 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including experience recruiting Sales talent, preferably within a high-growth technology environment
- An experienced people leader with 1+ years of direct management experience leading a team of 2+ recruiters and a track record of coaching and developing others
- A strong strategic partner who can build credibility with senior leaders, influence hiring decisions, and translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies
- Skilled at engaging, assessing, negotiating with, and closing high-caliber candidates
- Data-driven and comfortable using recruiting metrics and market insights to diagnose challenges, prioritize resources, and inform decisions
