## About the role

We're hiring our first FDE to own customer engagements end-to-end: scoping, building, and deploying state-of-the-art applied AI to automate our customers' most complex operational challenges. That means building AI that detects bad actors on a platform, automates complex backoffice healthcare delivery for patients, or enables hypergrowth business models by performing the work of thousands of FTEs.

## What they're looking for

- Engineering fundamentals. Most of your time will be spent building software that you’ve scoped out
- Deep customer empathy. Your performance is measured by how your customers perform. We only win when our customers win
- Strong communication. FDEs spend a lot of time talking directly with customers and internal teams. You need to be a great listener and articulate your thinking clearly
- AI fluency: Before you can revolutionize someone else’s workflow, you need to revolutionize yours. You should know how to use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, etc. to make yourself radically efficient
