## About the role

In this role at Daylight, you’ll play a critical role in executing our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) and demand response program participation across the country. You’ll develop strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize asset performance, and collaborate with the development team to build an internal platform that integrates revenue stacking, analytics, and operational efficiencies.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in energy market analytics, trading, commercial operations, or asset optimization
- Expertise in power markets, risk management, and regulatory requirements (experience with CAISO, NYISO, PJM, and ERCOT is a plus)
- Understanding of state-level programs (e.g., CA DSGS, MA Connected Solutions, MA Clean Peak Standard, etc.)
- Self-motivated with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- A results-oriented individual with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage their workload effectively, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
