## About the role

Do you love the beauty industry and energized by the hunt — finding the right person at the right brand at the right moment and getting them to say "yes, let's talk"? In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new prospective brand partners for Debut's formulation business, and converting that early interest into scheduled meetings for the Formulation Sales team.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 1 year in business development coordination, lead generation, or sales/account support within the beauty industry – B2B experience preferred
- Prior experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetics, or ingredients/Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industries is a strong plus, but not required if the candidate has strong outbound sales fundamentals
- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
- Limited travel up to 15% for industry events
