## About the role

You will own projects from identifying the pain point and first prototype through production operation and retrospectives on effectiveness. You’ll help architect the shared platforms and workflows that power our end-to-end sales and delivery pipelines and shape the norms of a growth engineering function at a pivotal moment in Decagon’s growth. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring Decagon is able to continue to scale rapidly and successfully in a large, competitive market.

## What they're looking for

- Consulting, technology diligence / investing, or strategy expertise paired with hands-on building experience
- Exposure to go-to-market systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Unify)
- Experience building with LLMs in production or with workflow automation tooling
- Predictive/propensity modeling or lead scoring experience
- Growth marketing instincts — opinions on creative demand gen, not just the plumbing
