## About the role

Decagon is growing quickly and we’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help us find and engage exceptional technical talent. You’ll work closely with our Recruiters and Engineering leaders to identify the people we want at Decagon and figure out how to get them excited about what we’re building. You’ll own top-of-funnel across some of our highest-priority technical searches, from mapping talent markets and identifying great candidates to crafting outreach and building relationships.
