## What they're looking for

- You must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time. We are on Zoom and Slack a lot
- You must be able to write a spec that an engineer can build from without follow-up questions
- You must be actively using AI tools in your daily workflow — research, writing, analysis, synthesis
- You must be willing to get close to customers — calls, tickets, interviews — and turn what you learn into action
- 4–7 years in SaaS product management or technical project ownership
- A track record of shipping complex features end-to-end
