## About the role

The Senior Research Associate will join our in vivo Pharmacology team within the Platform Biology group and will be a key player in driving our cutting-edge AI RNA therapeutics discovery platform. In this role, you will be responsible for helping support in vivo therapeutic efficacy testing efforts of novel RNA therapeutics in various animal models.

## What they're looking for

- Degree in Pharmacology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or a related field with a BS and 2-4+ years of relevant experience, a MS and 1-2+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
- Basic understanding of molecular biology and tissue sample processing for RNA and protein readouts
- Hands on experience with rodents, basic injections (ex. tail vein, SubQ, IP, etc.), necropsy, and some in vivo study coordination is mandatory
- Demonstrate ability to execute various ex vivo molecular assays
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment
