- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping full-stack web applications
- Strong front-end skills with modern web technologies and frameworks
- Solid backend experience in a language such as Python, Rust, Go, or similar
- Experience designing and integrating APIs and backend systems that support customer-facing products
- Strong command of web fundamentals, product quality, and user experience
