## What they're looking for

- Typically 5–8 years of recruiting experience, including experience leading or managing recruiters, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Experience hiring across technical and go-to-market functions in a high-growth technology or AI company
- Experience recruiting for engineering and/or research roles
- Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Metaview, and Juicebox
- Has built AI-assisted recruiting workflows or automation that meaningfully improved how a recruiting team operates
