## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in talent research, executive search, sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role with a strong research component
- Experience building talent maps, target company lists, candidate pipelines, or market research across complex or competitive talent markets
- Strong sourcing and research skills, including experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and other research tools
- An analytical mindset. You don't just collect names — you look for patterns, understand markets, and turn information into actionable insights
- Strong written communication and the ability to present research in a clear, structured, and useful way
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as hiring priorities change
