- Develop and execute patient support strategies to support the successful launch and commercialization of DT120
- Support development and implementation of potential REMS For DT120 via partnership with Compliance and other internal and external partners
- Design, continuously refine, and operationalize the end-to-end patient/ care partner journeys—from referral through long-term follow-up—ensuring a seamless and compliant treatment experience
- Translate patient support strategy into operational workflows, business requirements, CRM functionality, reporting needs, and digital capabilities to enable scalable execution
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and digital engagement to enhance patient experience, operational efficiency, and proactive patient support
- Create external materials driving positive engagement with DT120 and Definium team members
