The Senior Director, National Accounts implements Definium’s market access strategy across assigned commercial payer and PBM accounts and develops account-specific recommendations to support patient access and reimbursement. This role focuses on commercial national accounts and excludes Medicaid and other government accounts.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of market access, payer, reimbursement, account management, or related biopharmaceutical experience
- Demonstrated experience with national commercial health plans, PBMs, and/or large regional payer accounts
- Experience in CNS, psychiatry, mental health, behavioral health, or other specialty product launches preferred
- Track record implementing market access strategies and achieving account-specific access objectives
- Understanding of payer policy, reimbursement, benefit design, formulary management, and coverage decision-making
