## About the role

Degreed is looking for a Senior Designer to help bring the next chapter of our brand to life. This is a senior, hands-on creative role for someone who loves making work that is sharp, thoughtful, and useful. You’ll work across a broad range of brand and marketing touchpoints, including integrated campaigns, social, events, presentations, sales enablement, web, executive storytelling, product marketing, and motion-led content.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, digital, or graphic design, with increasing ownership of complex, high-visibility creative work
- A high-caliber portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across brand identity, integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and marketing communications
- Significant experience creating executive and board-level presentations, with the ability to translate complex or sensitive business information into clear, compelling visual stories
- Experience developing creative for major events, including environmental graphics, digital experiences, presentation content, and supporting campaign assets
- Proven ability to extend a central creative concept across social, web, product marketing, sales enablement, presentations, and other digital and physical touchpoints
- Experience partnering directly with senior executives and navigating high-stakes, highly visible work with confidence, discretion, and strong creative judgment
