• Manage a sprint team of software engineers — both the people and the work they deliver. • Manage a team of integration specialists building and maintaining connectors to customer ERP and business applications.

- • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- • 5+ years of experience managing Agile engineering teams, with a strong track record of delivery and team development
