## About the role

Delinea is looking for a Principal UX Designer to join our established User Experience team. In this role, you’ll be the exemplar of craft and collaboration that other designers seek out and learn from — guiding design for a significant product area within our identity security platform and navigating complex projects that cross team and organizational lines. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and design leadership to shape not just individual features, but how our broader design practice operates.

## What they're looking for

- Background in cybersecurity, identity governance, or privileged access management is strongly preferred, though not required
- Experience partnering with dedicated UX researchers on complex, multi-phase research programs
- Well-versed in data visualization, with experience designing dashboards or visualizations for complex, data-dense products
- Familiarity with responsive, cross-platform design across web, admin, and mobile surfaces
