## About the role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive new product development in our AI initiatives, specifically focusing on identity security, authorization, and privileged access. You'll be responsible for shaping features and capabilities within our AI roadmap, partnering closely with leadership to bring products from concept to launch. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands the complexity of Enterprise Security, and is excited to build from zero to one.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, network security
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA)
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts—including large language models, multi-agent systems, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol)
- Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and ensure product requirements reflect best practices in agent-enabled systems
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that balance technical viability, scalability, and user experience
- Security Sensibility: Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products
