## About the role

Build the core interfaces of Delphi Studio - Own and ship the primary user-facing features: creation flows, customization tools, and interaction patterns. You'll write the React components, build the APIs integrations, and polish every detail. Create a discovery platform for digital minds - Design and implement the browsing experience, search functionality, filtering systems, and recommendation interfaces. Make exploring thousands of AI personas feel effortless and delightful.

- Code-first builder with exceptional design taste - You're a front-end engineer who happens to have a great eye for design. You can debate the merits of Server Components vs Client Components as easily as you can critique visual hierarchy
- Master of the modern web stack - React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind aren't just tools you use—they're tools you've mastered. You know the performance implications of your choices and write code that's both beautiful and fast
- Obsessive about craft and details - You notice when animations feel off by 50ms, when a loading state causes layout shift, or when a color doesn't meet WCAG standards. You fix these things without being asked
- Full-stack front-end engineer - Comfortable working across the entire front-end stack, from API integration and state management to responsive layouts and micro-interactions. Bonus if you can jump into Python backends when needed
