## What they're looking for

- Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management within an international environment
- Experience in the ICT, Electronics, or Technology industry is preferred
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including order registration and processing
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, an additional European language is an advantage
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
