## About the role

This role is responsible for driving strategic business development and customer engagement in the power electronics value chain for data center and grid-level applications, through early technical engagement and key account management.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in power electronics industry, and at least 2 years’ experience focusing on energy infrastructure-related products
- Bachelor ' s degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant field
- Managed projects involving grid-connected power conversion systems and critical power infrastructure, ensuring technical and commercial success
- Proven track record of working directly with customers to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and create win-win scenarios
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present results to management and stakeholders
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
