## About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning and Customer Success Manager to lead our EMEA team supporting the Industrial, Medical, Automotive, and Lighting (IMAL) business. This role is responsible for driving demand and supply planning excellence, leading the regional S&OP process, and ensuring strong collaboration between Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Manufacturing.

## What they're looking for

- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Logistics
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing international supply chains and working with manufacturing facilities in Asia and Europe
- Experience in Electronics, Power Electronics, Industrial Automation, or a related industry is preferred
- Strong leadership experience in SOP, demand planning, and supply planning
