## About the role

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to own and elevate global payroll operations across the US, India, and UK. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery for a multi-entity, multi-country organization, while partnering closely with an offshore team and cross-functional stakeholders in PeopleOps, Benefits, and Accounting.

## What they're looking for

- Experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries, with direct experience in US, India, and UK payroll required
- Experience working with and managing an offshore team
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Celergo required
- Experience with Workday Payroll is a plus
- Experience managing system integrations (inbound and outbound) between payroll and other HR/finance systems
- Prior experience with payroll system implementations, ideally including Workday
