## About the role

The Assistant Controller is a key leadership role within the Accounting organization, responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the company's global financial close, technical accounting positions, and internal controls. This role partners directly with the Corporate Controller to manage a growing accounting team, drive process improvement and automation, and ensure the company's financial reporting scales with the business.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) and industry experience, SaaS or software industry experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a multi-entity, international organization with exposure to multi-currency consolidation and foreign subsidiary reporting
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with hands-on experience applying ASC 606 and other complex technical accounting standards
- Proven people-management experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing accounting teams
- Strong systems aptitude, experience with modern ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Oracle) and close management or automation tools is a plus
