## About the role

Own the contracting engine behind DensityAI's business. Reporting into the legal team, you'll run the full contract lifecycle - intake, drafting, redlining, approval, execution, and obligation tracking - across vendor, services, and supply-chain agreements. You'll handle volume independently so our counsel can stay focused on the complex technology and foundry transaActions, and you'll build the templates, playbooks, and systems that let contracting scale as the company grows. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years managing commercial contracts in-house, at a law firm, or in a contracts or procurement function
- Hands-on drafting and redlining of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor and services agreements
- Demonstrated ownership of a contract lifecycle end to end, including post-signature obligation management
- Working knowledge of CLM platforms (Ironclad, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, LinkSquares, or equivalent) and e-signature workflows
- Strong organizational discipline - you keep a high-volume queue moving without dropping obligations
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving startup and building process where none exists
