## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth technology environment
- Deep marketing channel expertise spanning gated content, paid ads, webinars, field events, email, content, and sales activations, with a strong understanding of how each channel drives leads and pipeline
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including persona targeting, campaign strategy, lead generation, nurture, attribution, conversion, and pipeline acceleration
- Experience building and managing integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and field channels, from strategy through execution and optimization
- Proven ability to partner with Performance, Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Brand teams to deliver coordinated campaign outcomes
- End-to-end ownership mindset. You execute at pace, directly and through others, take projects across the finish line, own mistakes, and learn from them
