- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 2+ years of field marketing or event experience. Also open to 4+ years of events agency experience (especially if you have worked with B2B clients)
- You've built programs, not just executed them. You enjoy creating structure where it doesn't yet exist
- Experience partnering closely with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail—you can manage dozens of moving pieces without losing sight of the bigger picture
- You're equally comfortable developing a strategy, negotiating with a venue, reviewing event signage, and presenting results to leadership
- You use data to make decisions and know how to measure marketing impact beyond registration numbers
