- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the Americas, from intake and sourcing strategy through close
- Partner with hiring managers and GTM leadership to clarify requirements, calibrate profiles quickly, and deliver high-quality slates
- Build role-specific talent maps and top-of-funnel plans, including targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing channels
- Run a consistent, structured process that supports objective evaluation and strong decision-making
- Keep candidates informed and engaged with clear communication, timely feedback, and a thoughtful interview experience
- Use recruiting data to manage pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring velocity, and proactively surface risks with a plan
