## About the role

The GTM Nurture team runs a regionalized field marketing and nurture motion across EMEA, APJ, and the US. The US is split into two territories — East and West — because the market is too large to cover with the speed and thoughtfulness we demand from one person.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years in field marketing or event management, ideally enterprise B2B or SaaS
- Deep event planning and management expertise — owned and sponsored events, vendor and logistics management, on-site execution for sales and executives
- Strong cross-functional operator — comfortable orchestrating across ABM, community, advocacy, and customer marketing with high autonomy
- Data-driven: you track lead flow, pipeline impact, and ROI, and manage to KPIs
- Marketing-tech proficiency — Salesforce (lead capture, list imports, campaign tracking) plus a marketing automation tool
- Genuinely open to AI tools and emerging technology to work faster and smarter
