## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing and NPI documentation
- Proven experience with the Teamcenter PLM system
- In-depth knowledge of PLM/BOM principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives to completion
