## About the role

As a Staff Infrastructure Engineer at Dexterity, you will design, build, and automate the infrastructure that powers Dexterity's development and production robotics systems. You'll own critical areas of our bare-metal and hybrid cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, compute, networking, Kubernetes, observability, security, and lifecycle management.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production infrastructure or systems at scale, with demonstrated technical leadership and ownership
- Strong Linux/Ubuntu systems administration experience
- Strong programming skills in Python with solid Bash/shell scripting knowledge
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or equivalent technologies
- Hands-on experience with bare-metal infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management
