- Build scalable co-marketing frameworks and best practices that strengthen partner activation, improve efficiency, and extend to additional ISV and Strategic Alliance partners as the business evolves
- Lead high-touch executive and customer programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and regional experiences, from audience strategy through execution, and marketing ROI reporting
- Develop customer advocacy programs featuring joint customer stories, strategic partner wins, and executive testimonials that strengthen credibility and support joint go-to-market efforts
- Manage partner marketing budgets and quarterly investment plans, including MDF strategy, allocation, and optimization, to maximize ROI and business impact
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, partner engagement, campaign performance, and overall program impact
- Oversee partner-facing content and campaign development to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with Dialpad's brand, product positioning, and joint partner messaging
