## About the role

SOPs & Documentation: Write, revise, and audit Equipment Operations SOPs, work instructions, and technical materials to ensure ISO 9001 compliance. Workforce Development: Partner with trainers and engineers to build, maintain, and scale technical qualification and cross-training programs.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing, continuous improvement, technical training, or quality assurance. Experience with complex manufacturing equipment is highly preferred
- Technical Writing: Proven ability to simplify highly technical engineering processes into concise, usable, and compliant document control frameworks
- Continuous Improvement (CI): Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, structured problem-solving, and data-driven process optimization
- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication, comfort working independently through ambiguity, and an ownership-driven mindset
