## About the role

The Field Operations team at DICE ensures that the market-leading standards DICE sets in product design are replicated in the dynamic, real-world environment of live events. This hybrid role combines device operations and fulfillment logistics with on-site event support. You'll manage DICE systems and North America device stock, own our device and fulfillment workflows end-to-end, and support partner onboardings and live events across the North America.
