Own the end-to-end post-sale journey, from deployment scoping through onboarding, production, full adoption, and value realization, leading AI agent implementations that translate customer supply chain workflows into scalable automations. Dig into customer processes in detail: map the workflow, identify exactly where automation should be applied, then configure, test, and tune agent behavior directly without always waiting on an engineering sprint.
