## About the role

We’re hiring the first Analyst on our newly formed Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Strategy & Operations. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help define how a fast-growing blockchain infrastructure company runs — from executive governance and cross-functional workflow management to the data and AI systems that support company-wide decision making.

## What they're looking for

- 2–4 years of professional experience, prior internships or early roles in operations, finance, consulting, or a data-heavy function are a plus
- Comfort with SQL or databases, and real interest in data visualization and analytics
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and real curiosity about applying them to real workflows, not just using them casually
- A real interest in capital markets, blockchain infrastructure, crypto, and web3 — you follow the space and want to build a career in it
- Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the judgment to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately
