## About the role

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on stablecoins and payments
- Proven track record of shipping products related to stablecoins use case intersecting with aspects of treasury management, cross-border payments, PoS provision or automated clearing houses (ACH)
- Deep understanding of the stablecoin and payments stack
- Understanding of blockchain technology is required and it would be great to have a familiarity with payments focussed layer 1/2 ecosystems
- While not a developer, you can confidently discuss application architecture, smart contract logic, and settlement workflows with engineers
- Experience building for B2B or B2B2C environments where security, compliance and "five-nines" reliability are non-negotiable
