The Senior People Operations Specialist is responsible for executing core employee lifecycle processes with accuracy, consistency, and care, ensuring that people data, records, and transactions are reliable, compliant, and audit-ready. This role is a key part of the operational backbone of the People & Workplaces function. By ensuring that systems and processes work as designed, the People Operations Specialist enables employees, managers, and leaders to trust how people-related work gets done.

## What they're looking for

- 3–6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems
- Proven track record of auditing HR processes, identifying inefficiencies, and scaling or automating workflows to improve team efficiency and employee experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
