## About the role

We’re looking for our first Demand Gen Marketer to build and scale our pipeline engine. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role. Your job is simple: generate qualified pipeline. You’ll own demand generation end-to-end, from campaign strategy and messaging to execution, measurement, and optimization.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role
- Experience owning campaigns that generated measurable pipeline and revenue
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern marketing analytics
- Experience running paid acquisition across channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, experimentation, and campaign measurement
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to turn customer insights into compelling marketing content
