## About the role

Disc Medicine is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to discovering, developing, and commercializing novel treatments for patients who suffer from serious hematologic diseases. We are building a portfolio of innovative, first-in-class therapeutic candidates that aim to address a wide spectrum of hematologic diseases by targeting fundamental biological pathways of red blood cell biology, specifically heme biosynthesis and iron homeostasis.

## What they're looking for

- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active member of state bar in good standing
- 10+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, at a law firm and/or in-house legal or compliance department
- Comprehensive understanding of FDA regulations, healthcare compliance laws, and data privacy laws
- Proven ability to partner effectively with teams to achieve business goals while mitigating legal risks
- Experience supporting product launches and navigating the complexities of commercialization in the healthcare sector is highly preferred
