## About the role

Disc Medicine is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to discovering, developing, and commercializing novel treatments for patients who suffer from serious hematologic diseases. We are building a portfolio of innovative, first-in-class therapeutic candidates that aim to address a wide spectrum of hematologic diseases by targeting fundamental biological pathways of red blood cell biology, specifically heme biosynthesis and iron homeostasis.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, MPH, etc.)
- 15+ years of progressive commercial experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, ideally in specialty or rare/orphan diseases
- 5+ years of Market Access leadership experience
- Rare/Orphan product launch experience required, experience with HUB services, reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy essential
- Strong understanding of commercial and government payer systems, including Medicare Part D and pharmacy benefit management
- Track record of successful strategy development and execution in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
