## About the role

Disc Medicine is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to discovering, developing, and commercializing novel treatments for patients who suffer from serious hematologic diseases. We are building a portfolio of innovative, first-in-class therapeutic candidates that aim to address a wide spectrum of hematologic diseases by targeting fundamental biological pathways of red blood cell biology, specifically heme biosynthesis and iron homeostasis.

## What they're looking for

- Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 10-12 years of Medical Affairs or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience
- Hematology/oncology experience required, expertise in myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), myelofibrosis, anemia, or related hematologic disorders strongly preferred
- Experience developing and executing Medical Affairs strategies within a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment
- Experience engaging hematology KOLs, leading advisory boards, and facilitating scientific exchange
- Experience supporting evidence generation initiatives, including RWE, HEOR, or clinical research collaborations preferred
