The Senior FP&A Analyst acts as a strategic finance partner to the business, driving financial visibility and accountability across DISCO. This role goes beyond reporting numbers; it involves conducting deep analysis of initiatives, owning the consolidation of annual budgets, and providing the actionable insights leadership needs to allocate resources effectively and hit strategic targets.

- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, accounting, or related roles
- Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced-level Excel skills with the ability to build complex, scalable models and revenue forecasts from scratch
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities with high autonomy
- Strong presentation skills with experience creating materials for senior management audiences
